This type of heater is designed to fit into your process ductwork and is used to heat fresh or pre-heated, re-circulated air with oxygen content >19.5%. Our standard design includes a burner that uses the process air stream for combustion air, eliminating the need for a separate combustion air fan. This type of heater comes complete with a pre-piped, pre-wired fuel train, precision gas control valve/actuator, and a pre-wired burner management control panel with sophisticated fault annunciation. Customer PLC integration capability is standard with our burner management systems. This is our most cost effective process heater.

Type “R” direct fired, duct style process heater for heating fresh or re-circulated air

This type of heater is designed to fit into your process ductwork and is used to heat pre-heated and/or re-circulated air with oxygen content <19.5%. It is also used when the application requires a low emissions burner. Our standard design includes a burner that uses a combustion air fan, eliminating the need to worry about oxygen content and contamination of the incoming process air. Type “G” direct fired, gun style process heater for heating fresh or re-circulated air

This type of heater is designed to heat fresh, pre-heated, and/or re-circulated air with any oxygen content. It is also used when the application requires an ultra low emissions or liquid fuel burner, or the heater is used as a hot gas generator. Our standard design includes a burner that uses a combustion air fan, eliminating the need to worry about oxygen content and contamination of the incoming process air. This type of heater comes complete with a pre-piped, pre-wired fuel train, combustion air fan, precision air and gas control valve/actuator, and a pre-wired burner management control panel with sophisticated fault annunciation. It is used when the application requires an indirect fired burner so the products of combustion do not contaminate the air stream. Our standard design includes an engineered heat exchanger with a burner that uses a combustion air fan. This type of heater comes complete with a pre-piped, pre-wired fuel train, combustion air fan, precision air and gas control valve/actuator, and a pre-wired burner management control panel with sophisticated fault annunciation. This type of heater is designed to fit into your process ductwork and is used to heat pre-heated and/or re-circulated air with any oxygen content. It is used when the application requires an indirect fired burner so the products of combustion do not contaminate the air stream. It is also used when the outlet temperature of the process air stream is > 600 °F or the single pass temperature rise exceed 150 °F. Our standard design includes an engineered heat exchanger with re-circulating plug fan, as well as a burner that uses a combustion air fan. This type of heater comes complete with a pre-piped, pre-wired fuel train, combustion air fan, precision air and gas control valve/actuator, and a pre-wired burner management control panel with sophisticated fault annunciation. Customer PLC integration capability is standard with our burner management systems.
